1000 Books Before Kindergarten

How it works:

1. Sign up today by calling or visiting Fort Frances Public Library.

2. Track your child's progress by using the paper logs provided. (available from your library or by downloading below).

3. After each 100 book milestone, visit the library to receive your child's reward.

4. When your child reaches 1000 books read, stop into the library and get a diploma and a final reward! Also get your child's photo taken for the 1000 books before kindergarten "Wall of Fame".

FAQ:

How do we read  1000 books before kindergarten?

1 book per day for 3 years = 1095

10 books per week for 2 years = 1040

3 books a day for 1 year = 1095

Do we have to read only books from the Library?

Nope, any age appropriate books count! No matter where you get them or how many times you read them - they all count!

I have more than one child to read to.  Can I count the same title for each child?

Of course you can!
