Purpose
The FFPL Board’s terms and conditions of employment with respect to vacations, public holidays and leave are in compliance with the Employment Standards Act.

Implementation
The FFPL Board has a contractual agreement with the Town of Fort Frances such that Managers and persons above the rank of Manager receive vacation, holidays, leaves and benefits as outlined in the Town of Fort Frances Management / Non-Union Benefits policy.
Unionized Staff receive vacation, holidays, leaves and benefits as outlined in the Collective Agreement.
These vacations, holidays, leaves and benefits are administered by the Town on behalf of the FFPL Board.
