During this author talk, Michelle will share the story behind Unjunk America, including what inspired her to write the book and how her background in education and nutrition shaped its message. She’ll speak about the challenges families face in today’s highly processed food environment and offer simple, realistic ways to make healthier choices without feeling overwhelmed.
